Young people and families are being invited to the Surrey Wellbeing Festival

Amplify are hosting a wellbeing festival on Thursday 15^th February from 10am-4pm at Rosebery School in Epsom.

Amplify is the Shadow Leadership Board for Mindworks Surrey (Surrey’s Children, Young People’s Emotional Wellbeing and Mental Health Service). This means that they are expected to attend meetings and be involved in decision-making at the highest levels of Mindworks. Their main purpose is to diversify the voices in these meetings to make sure that the voices of children and young people are included in key decision-making.

The free family-friendly event will see performances, treasure hunts, arts, and crafts as well as stalls run by the Mindworks Team. The event is a fantastic way to have your say in mental health services and how they are run but also find out more about the resources available to young people in the area. Amplify want to hear from you as to what you might find useful at the event, so please fill out this survey if you have any ideas that might be useful.

For those with sensory sensitivities there is a quiet hour planned from 10am-11am. This does not need to be booked simply speak to a member of the team on arrival who will direct you to the appropriate area.
