Update 03/07/2024 - The email delay issue has now been resolved.
There is currently an issue with the CYPS Crisis Intervention Service email account, there is currently a delay in emails being received from professionals and some emails are not reaching the team. NHS digital is trying to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If you are a professional and need to send any referrals please continue to email them to rxx.camhscommunitycrisis@nhs.net but please note there might be a delay in us receiving them.
If you have an email that requires an urgent response then call SABP Trust switchboard on: 0300 5555 222 and ask to be put through to the CYPS Crisis Intervention Service clinician on duty until further notice.
We will let you know when the issue has been resolved.
