This month we are launching our 12 days of wellbeing campaign, which focuses on ways you can support your mental health during this festive period.
The social media campaign which is aimed at young people who use our services, will run from the 14 December to the 25 December. There will be a range of advice, signposting and tips available during the 12 days.
We have joined up with Kooth, Consulting Youth Advisors (CYA), Surrey County Council to name a few. We also have tips and advice from Mindworks clinicians and professionals on the ways they look after their wellbeing in the run up to Christmas.
