You can talk with a trained call handler who will provide advice, support and signposting to a range of community services. 

The crisis line is available for children and young people from the age of six. It can be used by those who are already receiving mental health services, and also by those who are not. No formal request for support is needed.

Our crisis text messaging helpline is available to support children and young people who are Deaf or hard of hearing, and who are experiencing an emotional or mental health crisis.

This service provides crisis support, advice, and signposting for children and young people 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

A free out-of-hours phone line provides advice to parents and carers who are struggling with behaviours or difficulties which could be related to neurodevelopmental need, such as autism or ADHD.

Our skilled and friendly advisers will talk carers and families through ways of calming down difficult situations and remind them of their coping strategies.

It runs from 5pm until 11pm, seven days a week, 365 days a year.
