Service Description
The service offers group work (six people per group for eight sessions) in secondary schools across Mole Valley. Each session is facilitated by an experienced member of the team. The group will spend time looking at their emotions, how to regulate these and utilise helpful coping mechanisms. The aim is to build upon the young person’s own resources, support system and help them learn tools they can use for the future. It is also a great opportunity to get to know peers in a safe environment.
