Matrix offers a few groups for young people to support them with their mental health and wellbeing. All groups are held within Guildford in Surrey for young people aged between 11 and 18 years old. Support Sessions - are informal sessions for young people to meet with a youth worker for guided conversation and to develop positive techniques for managing emotions.

Targeted Workshops - these are 6 structured interactive sessions for young people with mild-moderate mental health issues / low emotional wellbeing.

School Transition Coaches - are for young people (only for those in year 6) who are struggling or at-risk of struggling with the transition from primary to secondary school. Informal sessions - weekly over a 12 month period.

- Art Space is a group run by Learning space that uses a variety of creative methods, using solution focused approaches to support self expression, reduce anxiety and boost self-esteem. This runs for 6 weeks on a Thursday from 4:15-5:45pm for young people aged 11 to 18 in Redhill, Surrey. or more information on this group, view the link below or alternatively email natasha@learningspace.org.uk.

YMCA East Surrey have a youth club and support club that supports young people aged between 13 and 19 - that are experiencing stress with school, family or friends or just find it hard to cope with the challenges of everyday life.
