Kooth.com is an online mental health and emotional wellbeing platform for children and young people aged 10 - 18 years. The service is free, safe and anonymous for all young people in Surrey.
Kooth provides access to live chat and messaging with emotional wellbeing practitioners, peer to peer support and a variety of mental health resources. Any young person between 10 - 18 living in Surrey can log on to kooth.com directly, there’s no need for a referral. Kooth is accessible through mobile, tablet and desktop.
There are no waiting times; you will receive immediate online support. Access to Kooth resources is available 24/7. Kooth live chat is available Monday to Friday 12pm to 10pm, and Saturday to Sunday 6pm to 10pm.

Surrey Young People’s Substance Misuse Service (SYPSMS) is a county-wide specialist treatment service for young people aged 11 up to 25. It offers free and confidential advice and support.
Catch22 offers one-to-one support to young people and their families, a 24 hour help line (0800 622 6662), counselling and pharmacological support, all as part of a tailored recovery approach for young people successfully delivering positive outcome for the young people we work with.
Young people are at the centre of all the Catch22 does. They ensure the young person knows they will be listened to at all times, and work with young people at their pace in an environment where they are comfortable.

You can also contact Family Voice Surrey, a local charity which speaks up for the families of children and young people with additional needs in Surrey. They give Surrey parents a strong collective voice, a forum to share knowledge and empowerment to improve opportunities for our children.
