Surrey & Borders Partnership NHS Trust

Surrey & Borders Partnership is the lead provider in Mindworks and also has a Patient Advice and Liaison Service (known as PALS) which has includes providing advice and support to help resolve concerns or receive praise on any of their services. You can contact them at:

Healthwatch Surrey champions the voice of local people to shape, improve, and get the best from NHS, health, and social care services. As an independent statutory body, they have the power to make sure decision-makers listen to your feedback. Support to raise a complaint

If you live in Surrey and are unhappy with the NHS care you have received (this includes support received from any Mindworks organisation), Healthwatch in partnership with Surrey Independent Living Charity (SILC)  provide free, confidential and independent support to help you to make a complaint. This team is called the ‘Independent Health Complaints Advocacy Service’.
